 Lanes Rally MI licence eligible? |

This might be a silly question but are Motorsport Ireland license holders able to compete in MSA lane rallies up North?

Yes they can, but you don't need a competition licence to compete on a lanes/targa rally. As they are clubman events you just need a full drivers licence and be a member of the organising club.
