Interesting to see that there is an open consultation being held in the UK to see about holding some motorsport events on public roads.

It'd be good to see a return to crossroad autotests here, might encourage more people to get involved in standard road legal cars to keep costs down.

That consultation in the UK is for closed road rallying, sources are saying that the number of events that will be authorised will be in single figures. Some of the Road Rally community are sounding the death knell for there events already even though it won't affect them.........but it might tighten things up and the guys out practicing may need to stay at home in future
