Round 2 of the TDC Beginners Autotest Championship will take place on July 12th in Mondello, Kildare.

Regs & Entry Form

Regs & Entry Form (Word Format)

This Autotest will now take place in the car park near the 1st corner of the circuit. It turns out that the Drifting/Time Attack testing has been over subscribed and they need the whole paddock area.
To find the car park just keep driving past the back of the spectator stands. You will end in in the car park. There is parking available in the field at the end of the car park.
We will be running one test at a time and changing over when everyone has finished their runs. Sign on is at 11:00 am with the tests starting at 12:00 sharp.

Hi Owen.. That's done now... I guess you got home yesterday evening.. Did the alternator keep working? And.. What car are you going to use for this Autotest?

Looks like it will be 2 tests 4 times followed by a couple of Grand Prix i.e. both tests joined for an extra long test...

Thanks Piers.

Made it home fine. Declan noticed a loose connection to the alternator when he took another look at it. He reckons it's still probably fried though.

It'll be the same car out though on Sunday. Have nothing else suitable at the moment. The Porsche is demanding serious tlc before I make an investment in a purpose built test car.

I have an 87 Mazda 323 but the thing is too bloody heavy to be of any use testing.

How did you enjoy yesterday (pre mishap) ?

and the reason I HATE ! being on a committee . You get mugged !

In this instance I am Clerk of the Course.

I need commitment for a couple of watch-holder marshall's, and a couple of line-watchers too.

It's all a bit last-minute with everyone concentrating on the Multi-venue.
Lads: whoever was'nt there, you should have come to the sunny North-east.
Rain ? What rain ? This balding forehead is a bit sun-burnt today.
Great day ! Well done JJ !

Piers : Still selling that diesel ? ( go on. You know you'll have to tell that story ! )

Whats the story with spectators getting into see the Autotest on Sunday, will they have to pay the €10 or €15 at the gate like the people going to the Time Attack???
